     The next step to take is to find a home!  One convenient way to find a home is to have new listings sent to your email.  The process works like this, you decide what features, the location and the price range of your new home.  Then we will set up an automatic search through our local MLS to find all the current listings available that match your criteria.  You will also be sent new listings that come on the market.  These new listings are automatically sent you as soon as they come on the market.   From there all you need to do is find the homes you like, then contact your agent to set up some times to look at the homes.

     Once we find that perfect home it's time to make an offer!  Our agents at Real Solutions Realty have all the forms and paperwork necessary to submit your offer.  We will work with you to come up with a well crafted purchase offer.  We will often suggest inspection contingencies, and address occupancy issues.  Once you are comfortable with your offer, we will submit the offer to the listing agent.      

Then it's on to the negotiating process.  Usually the sellers will provide a counter offer to your offer.  We will sit down and go over the counter offer together.  From there we will either counter back or accept the counter offer.  Once we have an accepted offer all inspections to the property and the loan process begins and you are just a few weeks away from moving into your new home!
